  • In Win e-store order query/issue

    As I am situated in Australia, I recently used a freight forwarding company to purchase products from the In Win e-store on my behalf. However, the order placed according to the forwarding company, is still awaiting delivery (after more than 15 business days). They have emailed me saying they have attempted to contact In Win multiple times to get an update on the order with no response from In Win.

    Is there a specific In Win contact detail which I can supply to the freight forwarding company so they can get an update on the progress of the order?

    Any assistance would be appreciated as the freight forwarding company is finding difficulties getting in contact with In Win.
