    I tried to contact the support one month ago regarding problem with my In Win 303 Aurora product,
    I am always waiting reply and cannot use my computer

    Do you have some other contact address in order to get answer and help ?
    I need spare part

    Hello,
    I am contacting you because two years ago I bought an "IN WIN 303 Aurora" box.
    I have a problem with the box controller inside the tower, I can no longer use the two USB ports as well as control the fans with the AURORA software on my computer - it seems that the micro usb port of the box controller is not working properly. Would it be possible to order this box as a spare part in order to change it in my internal tower? Thanking you in advance, Have a nice day, Best Regards,
