Is there a high quality Black 200W PSU Alterative for InWin Chopin?
I am building a gaming pc and I have been told the psu is not enough

Unfortunately not at the moment. We wouldn't be able to anyways since the cables are slightly different from each other.

My apologies, missed your question. We can't recommend the PSU since our PSU isn't a standard size. As for the GPU, not really designed for it.
