Aurora Problem "Not get Device"

I received a month ago my case in win 303.
The aurora system was provided with the box but the problem is that I have no light on. The fans work but no light. I check the hookup several times but I still have not found the problem. I read this article (https://forum.in-win.com/forum/in-wi...le?view=thread) and I have the same problem, it is not recognized by my computer. When I use the aurora application on my computer, I get the message "not get device". Do you have a solution to fix my problem?

TheRaSR440 , (1) please can you check if you connect your fans (IN+OUT+IN+OUT) correctly, and from fan to control box, it should be IN (fan side) and OUT (control box).; (2) please make sure the USB from control box is connected to motherboard USB instead of RGB 12V, they have same connetor, but once the USB is used in 12V, the Control box will be damaged. please refer to the photo attached. or you can take photos of how you install cables and control box, so we can check for you. Thank you.

I checked the fan connection, i connected the fist time the USB to motherboard USB because I checked in the manual and I saw the label glued to the cable .

Need more information. Such as: What motherboard are you using? Are you connected directly to the motherboard or using the control box? Are you using both? Any information at all will help us identify the issue.

Im having the same issue. I posted my own topic about it since this one seemed old and forgotten. All my LEDS are lighting up but i cant control them (fans and LED strips)

I'm having the same issue with my newly bought Aurora RGB Pack. Although the Fans are lighting up, I cannot change anything about it.

Does your motherboard have a 3-pin, 5V ARGB header? If so, there is no need for the controller at all.
