I believe I have an issue with my PSU (which came with my H-Frame 2.0 case). I wrote an email to customer support, but just so that I might get more info/help (and maybe assist others who have similar issues), I've made a post here. To save myself the work of restating my issue, I've pasted the comment I left, verbatim, here.
TL;DR: My PC works fine, like normal, unless I leave it idling for an hour or more, in which case it seems to freeze and be completely unresponsive unless I power cycle the PSU itself. I will add a fact (that I forgot to include in the email) that I performed a BIOS update to my motherboard, which did not resolve the issue. The BIOS update simply changed the motherboard POST behavior to boot without a signal from the graphics card to the monitor from giving a "No NVRAM Detected" POST code. I've never had an issue like this occur before. I will post updates if I discover anything further or if the problem reliably ceases to occur. Thanks in advance to any help!

I have a peculiar issue with my PC, and I believe that I've narrowed the issue down to a faulty PSU. I'm writing this inquiry because I have an H-Frame 2.0 in the green color, which specifically has an SII-1065W power supply, and I want a replacement for it. I purchased my case in 2019, and I believe that the PSU should still be under warranty (assuming it falls under the same 10-year warranty as your other PSUs).
The issue that my computer is having is that on 2024/07/15, it started having trouble sending an output to a display after coming back from idle. In the 5 years that I've had my PC this issue has not occurred to me once before. I would routinely leave the computer on overnight so that I don't have to reboot it in the morning, and I would leave the computer like this for weeks at a time, shutting it down only when I am out of town for more than a day. Right now, I can use it like normal. I can do intensive tasks, like playing video games or having multiple applications open, without issue. However, if I leave the computer to sit for more than an hour or two without touching it, it does not wake up, and my monitors receive no signal. When I shut down the PC and boot it up again, the computer does a POST test and seemingly boots into the OS, but the monitors do not receive any signal, nor does my keyboard or mouse light up (they have RGB); the RGB in my fans and RAM sticks, however, do light up.
The reason I believe this to be a PSU problem is because when I turn off the PC, and turn off the PSU and turn it on again, it works just fine, as if nothing happened. I also want to note that the first few times this happened on 2024/07/15, a peculiar thing happened where I got a POST code telling me that power was not being sent to the graphics card. My graphics card works (I can play games with it just fine), but the code, telling me that there is no "NVRAM Detected", puts more suspicion that it is a PSU failure of some sort.
I apologize if this is a weird problem to be emailing you about, but the long and short is that I suspect a PSU failure and would like a replacement (ideally, the same PSU model or a newer version of it). I don't mind paying for the PSU itself if I have to.
