  • 309 software issue

    Hi. Like in topic above. My tower seems to be working fine in visual. I mean buttons are working on tower and LEDs are working too but once i turned on Glow2 software its crashed. i mean software is crashed. ive got information from software about NetFramework but i ve already innstalled all of them and my issue is still showing up. What should i do now ? Ive even reinstalled my windows and upgraded to a newest version.... Any tips?

    Hello,

    Do you think you can provide us with a screenshot of the software once it crashes?

    You may need to check if the USB and SATA cables are properly connected.
    If this is your first time installing the GLOW2 software, we may need you to reboot your system (PSU included) and restart the GLOW2 Software. It does help.

    Any more information you could provide may help us better assist you.
