  • Problem with A1's wireless charging

    Hi,

I have an Inwin A1 that supports wireless charging, but I can't seem to get it to work. I've tried it on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S6, both of which are listed as supported in the instruction manual. However, nothing happens. I'm using the default 600W power supply. Is there some connection I need to make from the PSU to the case, or some setting on the phone, to enable wireless charging?

    Hello,

No need to connect anything. Do you have a case on your phone when attempting to charge it? If so, you will need to remove it to charge your phone.
