  • A1 Plus, built in lights and fan, but nothing from the motherboard

    Hi

I’m baffled by this. I have carefully tried to hook up everything correctly.

My PSU is connected to the 12v connector and the bigger power connector, the USB and all other connectors. When I boot up the computer by pressing the cases’ power, the case RGB lights up and the fans RGB’ s light up, and the fans both work. The Radeon logo on the graphics card lights up. But the processor fan doesn’t start. And there’s nothing that comes up on the monitor screen from the motherboard, using the DisplayPort connection to a known working monitor.

    Anyone got a clue?

It can be a handful of things. It could be a CPU, MB, RAM or PSU issue. Any other information you could provide could help narrow down the search.

Hi Turned out my RAM wasn’t seated properly. Taking it out and forcing it in really good fixed the problem. Great case! So worth it when you add the RGB effects and PSU
