A1 Plus miniITX Qi charger does not work

The Qi charger does not work.
everything connected correctly, with an iPhone 12 on top it starts to charge but after a few minutes it stops and does not work again until the tower is completely restarted and starts again with the same failure. Any fix please?
On the other hand the tower vibrates due to the power supply and makes a constant sound.
