D frame 2.0 psu

Owned a Red D Frame for years but last week I brought a Gold D Frame 2.0 off eBay. Today the PSU stopped working.as I brought it second hand I don't think I can use the warranty. Question is will INWIN repair if I paid or can it be fixed by any Pc repair shop.
