Thanks mate. It was quite a journey but I'm happy to say we got there in the end.

I just started having an issue with my H-Tower. I opened it using the front panel control button and did some part installs and then I went to close it and it only closes half way and then stops. from the fully open position it closes to where the central part that the motherboard attaches to is fully vertical and then it just stops. I've checked for obstructions from cables and parts but don't see anything. Also, I've misplaced the hex key that came with it and would like to know what size it is so I can buy another one.
